J. Cole Takes Fans On A Journey Through His Life With ‘Inevitable’

Jermaine Cole, better known by his stage name J. Cole, pushes the boundaries in his music. This limited audio series ‘Inevitable’ is just more of an extension of that and what J. Cole is giving us.

J. Cole and long business and creative partners Ibrahim Hamad and Scott Lazer team up to bring ‘Inevitable’ to life. The limited audio series goes through Cole’s career, accomplishments, and personal development throughout his life. There will be ten episodes in the series that go in-depth on the different eras of J. Cole from not just his perspective but those close to him as well. There is also music to guide the story along, but released and unreleased.

When J. Cole Was On ‘The Come Up’

The first episode of the series is titled ‘The Come Up’, after Cole’s debut mixtape of the same name. After the first episode dropped, the mixtape was made available on all DSPs for the first time since its primary release in 2007. This mixtape was J. Cole’s intro to the rap scene. The start of a long legacy in Hip-Hop culture that is still painting itself to this day.

Fans of J. Cole can really dive into the Dreamville rapper’s history. Cole encourages it. He wants to show fans his evolution and tell his story in the way he wants to. With the help of some of his most trusted partners. Hamad, who is working on this project with Cole, is his manager, as well as the co-founder of the Dreamville label. Lazer is a filmmaker and a creative director of the ‘Inevitable’ project.

The audio series is described as an unfiltered, raw look into the things that have made the rapper into who he is. Both as an artist and as a man. Hardcore fans know a lot about his story, but this will be one of the first times we get a detailed description of everything from Cole himself.
