Drake Releases “Slime You Out” Featuring SZA

Drake has announced that his upcoming album, For All The Dogs, is now set for release on October 6th, and just released a single featuring SZA.

The long-awaited duo of Drake and SZA’s collaboration has become a reality. The newest released song titled “Slime You Out” combines both of their individual rap and r&b styles in unison.

Back in 2009, it has been shown to be true that the couple had been involved in a romantic relationship together at the time. With no further dating history, the duo moved on from the past to make an unforgettable song for Drake’s new upcoming album.

A recent announcement made on Drake’s instagram story, @champagnepapi, states “Okay my dilemma I am faced with is I either cancel shows to finish the album or I complete the mission and drop the album before the last show. I owe you all these memories we are building and anywhere we have missed to date will be spinning back for sure. For All The Dogs October 6th it’s only right…”

With the release date causing speculations by fans, Drake announced a couple weeks ago that the album would be coming out on September 22nd. Due to the combination of being on tour and releasing an album, Drake decided to postpone his release for October 6th.

SZA on the other hand is in the middle of her tour for her latest album, SOS. With no prediction about any new upcoming albums, the artist has been keeping relatively quiet.

Overall the promotion of the song “Slime You Out” does great things for both of the artists. Perhaps suggesting more features together in the future that we can look forward to.
