The MEGAFOX Stage At Electric Zoo

Electric Zoo: Hyperspace is returning to Randall’s Island Park in New York City this Labor Day weekend with the new, exhilarating Cityfox x Gray Area curated stage: MEGAFOX. The popular Electric Zoo Festival is one of New York City’s largest music festivals that has expanded to include international editions. Featuring the top and up-and-coming names in electronic music from around the world and across the various sub-genres of electronic music, it is one of the most anticipated festivals of the year. This year they are thrilled to highlight MEGAFOX, a collaboration serving as a festival within a festival.

Cityfox has become known for its grandiose events and memorable moments at venues such as The Brooklyn Mirage since its relocation from Zurich to Brooklyn over a decade ago. The New Yorker describes Cityfox as having “regularly thrown opulent, outsized events with generous lineups, laser shows, and sparkling décor.”

Gray Area unites the dance floor by bringing attention to the connection between sub-genres and sub-cultures. Their eclectic taste leads them in curating events that reveal new and exciting talent to dancers.

Combining the rich history and notable lineups of Cityfox with the wide-ranging interests of Gray Area produces MEGAFOX. The curated stage promises to transcend festival-goers beyond the typical experience onto a sonic adventure on September 2nd.

The lineup set for MEGAFOX boasts first-rate fan favorites, including legendary DJ Skream, Desert Hearts Crew, and Camelphat who say, “[W]e can’t wait to come back to New York… it’s a special place for us and even more special that we are playing on the Cityfox stage at Electric Zoo. Other artists taking the MEGAFOX stage include Francis Mercier with his smooth house grooves, melodic techno producer and DJ Massano, and pioneering acts Andhim and Brina Knauss. The main festival lineup of Electric Zoo this year boasts even more celebrated artists, such as Alison Wonderland, FISHER, Galantis, Major Lazer, The Blessed Madonna, and Zedd.
