‘Indestructible’ demonstrates both artists’ strengths. Becky Hill provides her distinguishable, powerful vocals through motivational words. Andy C created a beat filled with just the right amount of bass, synth, and distortion. Not blocking the smooth melody but rather building off of it. The collaboration of elements comes together to create this euphoric energy that is perfect for the club.

Throughout the summer, Becky Hill and Andy C have been playing the track at their individual shows, just progressively building fan anticipation for ‘Indestructible”. C has even played a very early version of the track in a live set almost 10 years ago. The building block of this hit has been in the works for a while. And now it’s here for consumption.

Andy C and Becky Hill’s History

Andy C and Becky Hill first met on Hill’s podcast. He was one of the first guests on her podcast, where they chatted about early music passions and iconic moments in C’s career. From there, a friendship blossomed, and now, fast-forward to November 13, to an entire collaborative track.

Andy C shares his feelings on the collaboration and Hill says,

“It’s an honor to finally work on a tune with Becky. Her incredible voice and lyrics convey the feeling of unity in our scene…. “How did we end up here, look how far we’ve come”, say it all… it sums up my relationship with DnB, how popular the genre is right now as well as how huge Becky’s career is. It’s just so magical. This has been a huge part of my set over the last 12 months and the amount of messages I get for it are insane! I’m so proud that Becky and I are finally seeing it released to the world!”

Becky Hill said about Andy C,

“Andy C has always been a hero of mine! He was one of my guests for my podcast, The Art Of Rave, and is one of the drum & bass greats who was still on my hit list to work with. Well now, I finally have a tune with him, and it’s massive. I wrote this record when I was 21 and Andy sent it back to me 9 years later! I’m very excited for this one to come out, especially with the one & only Executioner!!!”
