Today, Dallas alt-pop trio little image returns with their latest single and video, “KILL THE GHOST,” a powerful and introspective track that marks a bold new chapter in the band’s evolving sound. Written by Jackson Simmons, Troy Bruner, Brandon Walters, Jeremy Lutito, and Caleb Chapman, the song explores themes of inner conflict, healing, and the metaphorical ghosts we carry. Directed by the band’s frequent collaborator, Sawyer Skipper, the “KILL THE GHOST” video was shot entirely in night vision in the forests of Tennessee, giving it a raw, voyeuristic edge. As the video progresses, the band performs under a canopy of trees, surrounded by darkness and illuminated only by high-powered flashlights and stark single-source lighting. The result is a hauntingly intimate experience that echoes the emotional weight of the track, a cinematic portrayal of the band’s artistic evolution and emotional depth.

little image will hit the road this November, kicking off on November 13th in Columbus, OH with select headline shows and support dates alongside The Academy Is….(See full tour dates below.) The band has spent 2025 captivating audiences across the globe, including a 20-city European tour with almost monday, a U.S. spring tour with Joywave, and a summer run supporting Bad Suns. Their dynamic live performances and growing fanbase continue to position them as one of the most exciting acts in alternative music today.
“KILL THE GHOST,” the latest from little image in 2025, follows the release of “NOVOCAINE,” “RUN FOR FOREVER” and “THE PRESSURE” – four tracks written by the band after a year spent wrestling with personal and professional hurdles. Their debut album, SELF TITLED, dropped in May 2023 and catapulted the band into the spotlight, powered by the breakout single, “OUT OF MY MIND” – a chart-topping #1 on Alternative Radio.
