God Save Me, Kaash Paige Release New Single
Following the high-energy release of her hip-hop-leaning EP KAASHMYCHECKS, genre-blurring artist Kaash Paige returns to her R&B roots with her rawest and most vulnerable single to date. Titled “God Save Me,” the track arrived today September 19 via Rostrum Records and serves as the first offering from her forthcoming full-length album, 2 Late 2 Be Toxic.
Where KAASHMYCHECKS was an ode to temptation, lust, and ego, “God Save Me” is the “emotional ground zero”. Stripped of bravado and layered in raw vulnerability, the single explores heartbreak in its most exposed state. Kaash describes it as “heartbreak at its most unfiltered, when love turns volatile and confusing.”
The single and the upcoming album mirror Kaash’s real-life transformation: a journey of spiritual awakening, accountability, and personal evolution. After getting baptized and stepping away from chaos, Kaash is channeling her growth into music. Sonically, she’s returning to her R&B roots – but with maturity, clarity, and a refreshed perspective.
“God Save Me” sets the tone for a more soulful and reflective era, one that stands in stark contrast to KAASHMYCHECKS, which dropped August 8. That EP marked her first full-length release on Rostrum Records and spotlighted Kaash exploring themes of desire and indulgence, highlighted by fan-favorites like “2BADBITCHES” and her collaboration with Juicy J on “PIMP DADDY.”
The upcoming album, 2 Late 2 Be Toxic, will be supported by a North America tour, set to kick off this fall. Known for her magnetic stage presence and emotional transparency, Kaash is ready to bring this new era to life with intimate, unforgettable performances across the 11-dates.
Kaash Paige initially broke out in 2019 with her viral hit record “Love Songs” and debut EP Parked Car Convos. This momentum catapulted her into the spotlight, leading to collaborations with global heavyweights like Don Toliver and Travis Scott on “Euphoria,” and a standout feature on Alicia Keys’ “Wasted Energy”. Along the way, she earned praise from Kylie Jenner and 6lack and was featured in notable fashion campaigns with Ivy Park, Moose Knuckles, and Guess. In the midst of all that, Kaash went on to release two additional critically acclaimed projects, Teenage Fever (2020) and S2ML (2022). Next came Kaash’s bold new independent chapter. She released Catch Me While I Care, an EDM-driven project that showcased her instinct for R&B/electro fusion and marked her first release outside the major label system.
