HYPERBEAM, Odd Mob & OMNOM’s New Single “System”
Odd Mob and OMNOM further the momentum of their HYPERBEAM joint venture with the release of their follow-up single “System,” slated for release on Insomniac Records.
For their next outing on the label, they are now pointing their beam over a lethal dose of tech brilliance. Sing-rap vocal hooks provide the perfect level of suspension for HYPERBEAM’s signature sound to shine. Crunchy, elastic basslines fuel the fire beneath menacing synth murmurs, haunting pad swells, and a dark, chugging groove that has punishing sound systems as a buzzing ID for months on end.
HYPERBEAM is the melding of the minds between ground-breaking house music mainstays Odd Mob and OMNOM. The powerhouse pairing stepped into the spotlight after a banner breakout debut, which includes a string of singles (“Mind Awake, Body Asleep” and “All Day, All Night”), that led up to the critically acclaimed ‘The Unexplained’ EP – drawing an outpour of support from the likes of BBC Radio 1, SiriusXM, Triple J, Kiss FM, SLAM!, as well as heavy festival spins from names like Dom Dolla, John Summit, Tiesto, Vintage Culture, and more.
