Miu Miu Brings in Kylie Jenner for Fall 2025 Campaign

Miu Miu Brings in Kylie Jenner for Fall 2025 Campaign

Miu Miu’s “Femininites” features Kylie Jenner among other notable names for their campaign centered around what the brand describes as “transcending fixed ideas of gender and women’s dress.”

Styled by Lotta Volkova and shot by Lengua, the cast used to display this campaign’s vision was (in alphabetical order) Towa Bird, Lou Doillon, Rila Fukushima, Myha’la Herrold, Kylie Jenner, Yura Romaniuk, and Cortisa Star.

While the clothes themselves are as great as ever, many fans of fashion saw the styling and creative direction for this campaign to be a bit underwhelming and lacking in certain areas. While the models stand in front of a background of beautiful moiré silk, the space feels empty and underutilized. Kylie Jenner modeling the clothing, while it may seem like a great idea because of how famous and followed she is, unfortunately is ill-fitting this particular campaign. The way Jenner is styled is awkward – what she’s wearing doesn’t do her or the clothing justice – and having her as the face of Miu Miu could have been done well but was done here in a way that makes the clothing look cheap. While some fashion lovers simply feel fatigue with Kylie Jenner being everywhere they look, even if you are someone who enjoys seeing her flourish as a model, there are definitely ways to recognize how her inclusion in this campaign could have been better.

But while some parts of the campaign have been criticized, it overall has a great vision, and what the brand says is meant to be “an expression of individuality” and “exploring femininities beyond conventional definitions” is beautifully displayed with their diverse array of models. In an era where women on TikTok are saying “Ladies, what are we wearing this summer?” – a constant expectation being felt to latch onto every trend – a campaign that promotes women going beyond conventional standards for beauty and femininity is important now more than ever.
