Ready P’al Show: Culture Before Kickoff

Ahead of the Super Bowl, the real countdown doesn’t start at kickoff; it starts with the rituals that bring people together. That’s the focus of Ready P’al Show, a five-episode social series from Tequila Don Julio that spotlights how Latino communities truly prepare for the Big Game.
As the only official NFL sponsor with Spanish as its first language, Tequila Don Julio places culture at the center of the Super Bowl conversation. For this campaign, the brand teams up with comedian Druski and Puerto Rican artist Young Miko to explore the moments that build long before the first whistle blows.
Set inside a lively Latino bar, the five-part series follows Druski as he’s welcomed into a full cultural immersion led by Young Miko and local regulars. Each episode highlights a different aspect of game-day preparation, from learning how to properly salud with a Don Michelada made with Don Julio Reposado, to understanding the rhythm of toasting rituals, reggaeton dance breaks, and Spanish phrases timed perfectly to react to every big play. Rather than rushing through the experience, Ready P’al Show lets each episode breathe, showing that preparation is its own celebration. Druski’s humor keeps the tone light, while Young Miko grounds the series in authenticity, creating a dynamic that feels organic, funny, and rooted in real community traditions.
Across all five episodes, Tequila Don Julio is woven seamlessly into the experience—not as a prop, but as part of the ritual itself. The series captures the energy, pride, and togetherness that define Super Bowl Sunday for so many Latino households, where culture, music, and shared moments are just as important as the game on screen.
By centering these traditions through episodic storytelling, Ready P’al Show reframes what it means to get ready for the Super Bowl. Before kickoff, before the commercials, before the final score, culture always comes first.
