L’AGENCE Spring 2026 Collection: After Hours
L’AGENCE unveiled its Spring 2026 collection, “After Hours,” on Wednesday, September 10th, at the Celeste Bartos Forum inside The New York Public Library’s Stephen A. Schwarzman Building at Bryant Park. Presented during New York Fashion Week, the collection transported guests into the allure of twilight—where day slips seamlessly into night and style transforms into an event of its own.
A Night of Drama and Desire
The theme of “After Hours” captures the rush of velvet ropes, the pulse of nightlife, and the magic of reinvention once evening falls. A cinematic hand-embellished crystal dress, paired with a cascading cape of oversized pearls, set the tone for a lineup brimming with glamour and bold sophistication.
“This collection captures the moment—and this is her moment,” said Fashion Director Tara Rudes-Dann. “When she steps into these pieces, she commands the night. She’s magnetic and unstoppable.”
Event Dressing Elevated
The collection celebrated L’AGENCE’s DNA while pushing into daring new territory. The brand’s iconic silk slip dress was reimagined with built-in cups and boudoir-inspired lace accents, while power mesh bodysuits and second-skin dresses sculpted the body with confidence. Architectural details like sharp shoulder pads and peplum hems elevated silhouettes into statement-making pieces.
Leather took center stage, with a perforated trench coat and a quilted jacket-and-skirt set among the standouts. Balancing this edge were pastel hues of dusty orchid and icy lilac, contrasted against a foundation of sleek black essentials. Prints—florals, leopard, and playful polka dots—delivered a spirited energy to the collection.
From Night to Day
Though the evening dominated, the collection did not forget the transition back into daylight. Crisp poplin shirt dresses and the brand’s ever-beloved jeans—spotlighting a return to low-rise fits—offered options for when the party ends and reality resumes.
Co-Founder and Chairman Jeff Rudes summed it up: “Be prepared to be surprised.”
