KIDILL Presents 2026 Collection “Spiritual Bloom”
The fashion brand Kidill presented its upcoming Spring/Summer 2026 collection, “Spiritual Bloom,” at the 2025 Men’s Paris Fashion Week.
The collection was inspired by the diverse cultures that thrive in Japan. Kidill’s 2026 collection, designed by Hiroaki Sueyasu, shifts the focus of Tokyo’s cultural influence from Harajuku to Akihabara, where anime, manga, and video game culture is flourishing. Kibill looks at this new era to tell a different story from past collections. Check out our previous coverage on Kidill’s previous collections here as well.
“Spiritual Bloom” drew inspiration from Japanese cultural history and film, taking early anime into account. This collection converged multiple aesthetics, including punk and cyber, with floral patterns and unexpected, almost bizarre details. The garments also include a wide range of bright colors mixed with dark bases.
Some of the garments feature manga, with several pieces featuring tops covered with manga drawings. Mostly, the rest of the outfit is designed with the same floral pattern that is featured throughout the rest of the collection. The floral has a pink base, with bright, neon colors offering a more punk aspect to the pattern.
Two other pieces have plaid skirts draped across the body in a sash-like fashion, with manga drawn on the pants below. These garments are consistent with the overall emphasis on streetwear from Kidill, as each piece has a few accessories to go with a cyberpunk, streetwear aesthetic.
Accessories throughout the collection are used to enhance the punk aesthetic, mixed with the casual streetwear style Kidill is portraying. through loose clothing and various layering techniques.
The collection’s display at Men’s Paris Fashion Week was laid out with artisanal chocolate and traditional tea, bringing the gift of “Omotenashi,” Japanese hospitality. The presentation was featured on the opening day of the fashion week.
