On Friday, October 18, Billboard Latin Music Week, the longest-running and largest Latin music industry gathering in the world, concluded with the 35th Anniversary Concert presented by Smirnoff Spicy Tamarind at The Fillmore Miami Beach. The event featured performances by some of the hottest names in Latin music, including Young Miko, Tito Double P, Ana Mena, Belinda, FloyyMenor, and Elvis Crespo, along with a comedy set by George Harris who hosted the evening.

Fans enjoyed live performances of top-charting hits, including Young Miko’s “Classy 101,” “offline,” and “Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 58”; Belinda’s “Cactus”; Tito Double P’s “Escápate”; FloyyMenor’s “Gata Only” and “Peligrosa”; and Ana Mena’s “Madrid City.” Closing out the concert was global merengue star Elvis Crespo, who got the entire venue on their feet with iconic hits like “Tu Sonrisa,” “Píntame,” “Luna Llena,” and more.”

Before closing out his set with the ultimate party classic, “Suavemente,” Crespo reflected on how his career first took off at Billboard Latin Music Week in 1998, sharing: “I want to thank Billboard because in February of 1998, the people at Sony presented me for the first time at this conference. I’m enjoying this moment to the max, 26 years later. It’s an incredible path where through my dream and my passion for music, I have managed to develop stories of many people I meet on the street.”

The Billboard Latin Music Week 35th Anniversary Concert wrapped up a jam-packed week of exclusive panels, conversations, and performances featuring more than 70 Latin artists. Highlights included conversations with superstars and icons J Balvin, Alejandro Sanz, Pepe Aguilar, Peso Pluma, and Young Miko; a candid discussion on mental health with Thalia and Maria Becerra; the K-pop group sensation NMIXX’s debut at Latin Music Week; “Making the Hit Live” with Grupo Frontera; and a conversation with hip-hop legends Fat Joe and N.O.R.E., among others.
