D4mon. Drops His Latest Single “Feel 4 U”
Singer-songwriter d4mon. dropped his latest single “Feel 4 U” on March 19, 2025. This release follows d4mon.’s EP in July 2024 titled Just 4 Now which included five tracks. Subsequently, he released another single “Work It Out,” focusing on a waning love and his efforts at reconciliation. The song now has over 24,000 streams on Spotify and nearly 7,000 plays on Soundcloud.
d4mon.’s most noteworthy success, came with his August 2024 release “Flawed”. For the high-octane song, he collaborated with rapper SupremeDae (“TIRED.”) and Lom Mazi (“Watch My Ops”). The song went viral on TikTok getting more than 320,000 streams on the social media platform. d4mon’s “Flawed” also accumulated 185,000 plays on Spotify.
Now, with his latest number “Feel 4 U,” the Virigina-native d4mon. opts for a mellowed change of pace, going back to his R&B/Soul roots. The placid opening sets up the listener for a vulnerable exposition that revolves around an ambivalent relationship.
d4mon. Explores Modern Relationships in “Feel 4 U”
In fact, as the track evolves, the synth loop creates a contrasting tapestry of concurrent hope and despair. This loop paves the way for a rhythmic bassline through soft drums and synth beats. The resulting outcome is haunting yet catchy, reminiscent of “Call Out My Name” by The Weeknd.
d4mon. carefully varies his vocals, opting for high pitch in the choral section to emphasize the singer’s pain and pathos. The lyrics are intimate and personal, but don’t project the singer as a guileless victim; rather, they equally place the onus of blame on both parties. The song highlights the universality of numbness and jadedness that permeates many modern (toxic) relationships. “Feelings going Novacane in the cold/Figured we could act our age how old/Can’t get over all the lies we done told/I feel it for you baby,” the singer expounds.
The song written by Aidan Brody, Damon Huchins Jr. (d4mon), Jesse Levines and Justin Miller released by EscapeTracks is an underrated piece that has currently garnered 5500 listens on Spotify and just over 2400 views on YouTube.
