Lil Baby Releases New Video “Mrs. Trendsetter”
Global Rap superstar Lil Baby has unveiled the official music video for his latest release, “Mrs. Trendsetter.” The visual, directed by Mikey Rare, arrives following a teaser clip Baby shared online, in which he appeared in a podcast-style conversation answering a series of intriguing questions, including the one fans have been asking most: who exactly is Mrs. Trendsetter? The playful preview launched on @iammrstrendsetter, sparked conversation across social media and set the stage for the full visual release.
The music video opens with a woman waking up to a 5 a.m. “Wake TF Up Gym Time” alarm before heading to the gym, where Lil Baby is also training and performing the track. The visual then follows a group of women connected through a “Trendsetters” group chat, each thriving in their own profession, from creative director to media maven and social influencer. The video culminates with the group linking up for a night out, celebrating their wins, confidence, and collective drive.
The song appears on Baby’s December 2025 mixtape The Leaks, which debuted No. 1 on Billboard’s Rap Albums chart, No. 5 on Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums, and No. 17 on the Billboard 200. Leading up to the mixtape’s release, Lil Baby launched “WHAM WEDNESDAYS” which gave fans new music each week. “Mrs. Trendsetter” quickly emerged as one of the standout tracks from the project.
Lil Baby is also celebrating the sixth anniversary of his game-changing My Turn album with a wave of new Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) certifications for the landmark project, which upgrades to 7x multi-platinum status.
