Kaash Paige Returns With 2BADBITCHES

After a period of reflection, evolution, and reinvention, Kaash Paige is officially back. The Dallas-born genre-bending artist announces her first single of the year – 2BADBITCHES, dropping July 11th via Rostrum Records. It’s the first offering from her upcoming EP KAASHMYCHECKS, a deeply raw six-track mixtape arriving later this summer featuring standout collaborations which are soon to be announced.

On “2BADBITCHES”Kaash leans fully into her temptress energy – spinning a seductive narrative about indulgence, desire, and the thrill of temptation. It’s confident, heady, and undeniably Kaash: toxic, melodic, and brimming with unfiltered attitude, but with a more evolved and matured sound. Kaash says about the single, “‘2BADBITCHES’ was really just about having fun and getting my ego stroked by girls on the road or at parties. It’s that carefree, confident energy. This track is me fully stepping into my toxic alter ego and owning every part of it.”

The single marks a milestone moment for Kaash. It’s her first release since signing with independent label Rostrum Records following her departure from Def Jam in 2023, a necessary move that has allowed her to reset, grow and experiment. Her new output comes with an evolved take on her signature melodic R&B/hip-hop fusion, this time layered with the perspective that comes from growth and realignment.

Kaash initially broke out in 2019 with her viral hit record “Love Songs” and debut EP Parked Car Convos. This momentum catapulted her into the spotlight, leading to collaborations with global heavyweights like Don Toliver and Travis Scott on “Euphoria,” and a standout feature on Alicia Keys’ “Wasted Energy.” Along the way, she earned praise from Kylie Jenner, Alicia Keys, 6lack, and more, and was featured in notable fashion campaigns with Ivy Park, Moose Knuckles, and Guess. In the midst of all that, Kaash went on to release two additional critically acclaimed projects, Teenage Fever (2020) and S2ML (2022).

Next came Kaash’s bold new independent chapter. She released Catch Me While I Care, an EDM-driven project that showcased her instinct for R&B/electro fusion and marked her first release outside the major label system. The freedom to create on her own terms allowed Kaash to recenter, build a new team from the ground up, and reconnect with her roots. That rebirth came to life in a powerful, homecoming performance at Antone’s during SXSW 2025 – a euphoric reintroduction and a statement of where she’s headed next.

“2BADBITCHES” sets the tone for what’s to come for the rest of 2025 for Kaash, the next project being KAASHMYCHECKS in August, a six-track offering built for nightclubs and day parties. This new era is Kaash at her most confident and unapologetic – a raw expression of what she calls her “toxic alter ego,” and a bold new era for one of music’s most shape-shifting voices.
