ELI Shares “INSANE”
Multidisciplinary artist Eli Romanova, known as ELI, is back with another seductive and dangerous track — “INSANE” featuring Awet, an American musician and model known for blending R&B, hip-hop, and experimental pop. Following this summer’s fierce punk rock single “Another Day,” ELI returns with her signature cool, unapologetically androgynous aesthetic, genre-blurring style, and boundary-pushing visuals.
Co-produced with Grammy-winning producer TROY NōKA (Frank Ocean, Doja Cat, Miguel, Ciara), and created with creative guidance from the fearless Angel Haze, “INSANE” is a genre-defying collision of pop, R&B, and surrealist attitude.
“INSANE” explores the dizzying pull of obsession, where every thought, craving, and desire revolves around someone you can’t get off your mind. The track captures the mental chaos, relentless longing, and intoxicating tension of being fixated on someone — a beautiful kind of insanity you can’t resist.
The accompanying music video leans into the song’s title with dark humor and edge. Dressed in a black jumpsuit, her signature icy white shag slicked back, ELI gives a tongue-in-cheek performance that’s as playful as it is unhinged. It’s a stylized descent into obsession — and a bold reminder of just how far it can take you.

ELI also recently debuted her alt-pop supergroup 10xTANTRUM — comprised of four standout creatives, ELI (Eli Romanova), BLU JAY (Jade Duncan), JACK XANDER, and DILL (Diletta Busin). In just three releases, the group has collaborated with Fiorucci, Just Cavalli, and R13, while earning coverage from Post-Punk, Psychedelic Baby Magazine, and EARMILK.
