Consequence New Single ‘What Has America Done’
Known for his time in the legendary rap group, A Tribe Called Quest’s Consequence and Public Enemy’s Chuck D shares ‘What America Has Done.’ The single focuses on Consequences views on the 2024 presidential election. He and Chuck D are not afraid to speak their minds.
These rap legends spit about how they feel about America in light of the 2024 presidential election result.
“The results of the 2024 Presidential Election are a reflection of who and where we are as a nation. Like it or not, especially if you’re African American, we must continue to pursue our equalities and make sure we do everything in our power to level the playing field as best we can” Consequence says. “In doing so, we can forget where we’ve been and what it took to get where we are.”
Chuck D commented,

The track has a pretty steady piano beat in the back as Consequence and Chuck D lay their bars out. Melodic high-pitched vocals also illuminate the atmosphere of the track and break up the two artists’ ongoing rapping. Consequence Releasing The Deluxe Edition of ‘Nice Doing Business With You’
This single comes just before Consequence releases a deluxe edition of his album ‘Nice Doing Business With You’. Which will feature seven new tracks including ‘What Has America Done’. It will be released on November 22. The album features many collaborations other than just Chuck D. Kanye West, Chris Rock, and YNW Melly just to name a few. The album was even produced by Consequence himself. A variety of topics are covered throughout the album, but the main premise of Consequence speaking his mind never fades.
