Bizzy Crook Recruits Rick Ross and C Stunna For “Risky”
A respected artist and songwriter with more than a decade in the game, Bizzy Crook is finally ready to become a star in his own right. Following up one of his most successful years to date, the Grammy winning Miami native prepares to tell his full story with Underdogs Win Eventually, his upcoming album, hitting stores this spring via EZMNY Records.
Today, Bizzy shares the latest glimpse at his upcoming effort, uniting with fellow Floridians Rick Ross and C Stunna for new single “Risky.” Blessed with an epic, ACRAZE-produced instrumental that harkens back to the stadium-sized arena rap anthems that defined Florida rap in the 2000s, “Risky” is a missive aimed directly at people who hide behind fake smiles and platitudes while talking smack behind Bizzy’s back. The smooth-talking artist preaches the practice of stepping carefully as he navigates a world full of landmines. Bizzy recruits The Boss himself, Rick Ross, to help bring the point home, as he bellows a standout verse. Rising Florida rapper C Stunna also makes an impression with a mischievous verse of his own.
“Risky” is the latest single from Underdogs Win Eventually. Earlier this year, Bizzy struck a nerve with “What Do U Like?,” a silky-smooth collaboration with his EZMNY CEO Ty Dolla $ign, which racked up over 1.6 million views in its first month of release. In the fall, Bizzy released “100%,” a breezy, danceable soul-sampler created in collaboration with Leven Kali.
A decorated behind-the-scenes figure, Bizzy Crook had his most successful year yet in 2025. Bizzy is the chief artistic collaborator of R&B sensation Leon Thomas. The two artists co-wrote every nearly every song on Leon’s breakthrough album MUTT, including the multi-Platinum, Billboard Top 10 hit title track, and Grammy-nominated highlights like “Vibes Don’t Lie” and “Yes It Is.” Bizzy earned two awards at the 2026 Grammys, receiving a trophy for his contributions to MUTT, which won Best R&B Album, and “Vibes Don’t Lie,” which won Best Traditional R&B Performance. Beyond his collaborations with Leon Thomas, Bizzy has contibuted to hits by artists like Drake, GIVEON, Coco Jones, Wale, and many others.
After a lifetime of being counted out, Bizzy Crook plans to prove his doubters wrong once and for all with Underdogs Win Eventually. Stay tuned for many more announcements about the album in the coming weeks.
