Vaquera Spring 2019 Fashion Show

Vaquera Spring/Summer 2019 collection really brought me back to my school days. The designers Patric DiCaprio, Claire Sully, and Bryn Taubensee had models walking down the runway at P.S. 42 in Manhattan, on the Lower East Side. The models wore sneakers, a denim mini, and a “power money fame” T-shirt. Patric DiCaprio explained the meaning behind the shirt. He said, “it comes down to those three words whether you’re chasing after it or rebelling against it.”

This season’s collection was to give off an ’80s high school infected with the supernatural vibe.
