transported to the ultimate destination wedding with bohemian silhouettes and elegant, sea inspired details. (Think gorgeous mermaid vibes!)
As Theia describes the collection, “shoulders are exposed and emphasized, wrapped in cotton guipure laces, ethereal silk mousselines, delicate embroideries and hand beaded tulles. Embroideries are inspired by shimmering silver sands glinting in the bright sunlight.” I know I personally really enjoyed the hints of color under the crisp white laces which were inspired by sea glass colors. I also really loved the two jumpsuits which added a modern touch.
The models hair, by Linh Nguyen and makeup by Susan McCarthy matched to perfection, with flowing, loose, bed head curls and bronzed lids giving their best “I woke up like this” attitude under their beach seashell and flower crowns by Fleur De Pascal.
The collection also collaborated with Grace Diamonds to feature their latest The Sea Queen collection. The diamond jewelry line which is one of Ireland’s newest, high-end, custom jewelery lines, comes from duo Don O’Neill and Irish TV host Grainne Seoige. Using diamonds from South Africa, each model was accented with Grace Diamonds’ gorgeous signature engagement rings as well was necklaces, bracelets and other occasion pieces. A perfect pairing with Theia’s gorgeous gowns to really bring “femininity, boho style and laid back beach feel” to each gown.
In a world with so much hustle and bustle, where brides are so stressed to plan the perfect day, Theia offers a range of gowns in their Fall 17 collection which are sure to leave at least one aspect easy. Not only effortlessly stunning but offered something new and fresh as well.
