Gap featuring Leon Bridges

Gap collaborated with rising singer/songwriter Leon Bridges and the creative agency Yard NYC for their 2018 Holiday fashion campaign and lookbook.

” There is an increasing trend – a ‘kind renaissance’ as a response to the edgy political climate in which we find ourselves. If there’s one thing we can do in the face of all this anxiety, it’s to spread love, kindness and generosity… Gap has always been an optimistic brand – using color and music to spread love especially at the holidays.” – Stephen Niedzwiecki, Founder/ Chief Creative Officer, Yard NYC

& Other Stories

“Create Your Own Fashion Story”

If you’re unfamiliar with & Other Stores, consider the destination as an upscale and curated sister in the H&M family. The brand self-proclaims their “one-stop styling destination filled with collections from three design ateliers in Paris, Stockholm and Los Angeles.” For Black Friday, Model Lila Cardona was cast in a perfect nod to Old Hollywood + Film Noir. Styled with a femme fatale glam, this narrative is visually the antithesis of the normal holiday fashion campaign, which adds the brands’ mission for authenticity and self-expression.
